Ravish Designs is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently available and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Postage and Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your purchase as soon as possible. However, many of our products are made to order in Israel so delivery to Australia may take up to 5 weeks. Indicative delivery times are noted in the individual information for each product.
Delivery within Australia will usually be free of charge. Overseas deliveries will incur a postage charge. Details of the actual postage cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Ravish Designs will exchange or accept the return of an item purchased through this website up to 30 days from the date of shipping. All items received for return or exchange must be in the same condition they were at the time of sale and in their original packaging. The original purchase receipt must be included for all returns. Return shipping must be paid for by the purchaser.

A 12 month warranty is given on all jewellery items bought in relation to defective materials or workmanship.
When the item’s purchase price plus delivery is less than the gift certificate, the difference will remain redeemable against future purchases. Gift certificates are valid for 5 years and are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
