Postage, Delivery and Returns

We will endeavour to deliver your purchase as soon as possible. What we have in stock, (stock levels are indicated in the product page), we can send straight away.  However, if you need more of a specific item than what we have in stock, or a size or piece we don’t currently have, we will have to order it from the artist in Israel and delivery to Australia might take some time – up to 6 weeks. Indicative delivery times are noted in the individual information for each product.

Delivery within Australia will be free of charge. Overseas deliveries will incur a flat rate of  AU$18.00 postage charge. Details of the postage cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS  are accepted within 30 days of shipping the goods.

Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice.

Items received outside of these periods may not be accepted.

All item/s must be in original condition and packed in the original box.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Once your return has been received, your items will undergo a quality review. After it is cleared, you will receive your refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We do our best to process refunds as soon as they are approved, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
